To create this four-bedroomed family home in one of Beirut’s most vibrant districts, the first thing we did was to raise the roof. Through the inclusion of an additional steel beam we were also able to include a panoramic window. At the entrance we included a fireplace, beyond which are now which now uninterrupted views of the sea. Custom-made lighting delivers a soft glow throughout the also naturally well-lit living areas. A uniform floor material was utilised throughout – black African marble – delivering a homogenous theme linking all areas of the home.
